    • Capturing a photograph of the applicant.

    • Appointment Booking Link: Applicants who receive this link will need to book an appointment to visit a GST Suvidha Kendra (GSK) for biometric authentication and document verification. The email will include details of the designated GSK and jurisdiction.
  4. Booking an Appointment
    If you receive the appointment booking link, you must:

    • Use the link to schedule a visit to the designated GSK.
    • Wait for the appointment confirmation email, which will include the date, time, and location of your appointment.
  5. Documents to Carry for the GSK Visit
    When visiting the GSK, ensure you carry the following:

    • A copy (hard or soft) of the appointment confirmation email.
    • Details of the jurisdiction as mentioned in the intimation email.
    • Original copies of your Aadhaar Card and PAN Card.
    • Original documents uploaded with your GST application, as specified in the intimation email.
  6. Biometric Authentication and Document Verification
    At the GSK, biometric authentication and document verification will be conducted for all individuals listed in the GST application (Form REG-01).

  7. Timeline for Appointment Booking
    Applicants must book their biometric verification appointment within the maximum permissible period indicated in the intimation email. The Application Reference Number (ARN) will be generated only after the successful completion of biometric authentication and document verification.

  8. GSK Operating Hours
    The operating days and hours of GST Suvidha Kendras will follow the guidelines provided by the respective state administration.
